Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and operate the global APS tool (RELEX) and understand its planning parameters and functionalities.
- Monitor and analyse key supply‑chain planning KPIs — Forecast Accuracy, On Shelf Availability (OSA), Depreciation, Days of Inventory (DOI) — and identify performance gaps.
- Contribute to the definition and deployment of corrective action plans with local teams to improve planning performance.
- Develop and enhance performance reporting and dashboards in Power BI to support decision making.
- Support international country Supply Chain teams in tool usage, collect business requirements and follow up on change requests.
- Coordinate system evolutions with IT and business stakeholders and assist in incident analysis with business impact.
- Animate and support a global community of planners (>300): deliver onboarding, run knowledge‑share sessions, organise Planning Community Meetings and lead Power BI community initiatives.
- Assist the PMO in tracking global Supply Chain initiatives: monitor project progress, coordinate international stakeholders and prepare communications and steering materials.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master’s level) programme in Supply Chain, Data, Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with data; experience with Excel and business‑intelligence tools.
- Curiosity and interest in planning systems and supply‑chain processes (demand planning, replenishment).
- Organised, rigorous, with good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an international, collaborative environment and able to communicate in professional English.

Early‑career / student level: suitable for a Bac+4 or Bac+5 student seeking a 12‑month alternance (apprenticeship) in supply‑chain project support. Prior internship or academic exposure to supply‑chain analytics or planning tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s‑level student (Bac+4/ Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
