Sephora is hiring a Supply Chain Performance Analyst (apprenticeship) in Orléans, France — apprenticeship role focused on BI, KPI reporting and European country coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce, validate and maintain Europe-wide supply chain KPIs and dashboards within the business intelligence platform.
- Design and adapt reporting in collaboration with internal stakeholders to reflect evolving business needs.
- Perform data analysis to identify performance gaps and propose actionable improvements and automation opportunities for core supply chain processes.
- Act as Key Account Manager for assigned European countries: prepare and facilitate monthly review meetings, coordinate local follow-up and drive local community engagement.
- Provide user enablement and training to ensure visibility and adoption of BI tools among operational teams.
- Conduct technology watch on emerging supply chain innovations (AI, Big Data, Blockchain) and assess potential applicability.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data/Business Analytics or a related field (apprenticeship/alternance required).
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with a rigorous, data-driven approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated experience building or maintaining dashboards.
- Proven ability to use Power BI for reporting and data visualisation.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple countries.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Experience
Beginner level: academic projects, internships or first professional experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence or operations. Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting findings to country teams.
Education
Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business/Data Analytics or equivalent — apprenticeship/alternance status required.
