Sephora Collection seeks a Supply Chain Lead in Neuilly-sur-Seine to manage product launch availability, supplier coordination, and supply chain performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure launch availability by guaranteeing new product delivery dates align with project timelines and market launch schedules
- Build and manage comprehensive launch supply plans across multiple markets
- Contribute to supplier selection by evaluating performance, industrial capacity, and agility
- Plan production schedules aligned with supplier workload and launch requirements; anticipate and resolve capacity constraints
- Supervise and mentor a work-study student through onboarding, skills development, and assignment management
- Coordinate placement and follow-up of orders for new components and finished products
- Monitor production schedules with suppliers and internal teams; manage industrial alerts and associated action plans
- Identify and mitigate delay risks in collaboration with Development, Purchasing, Packaging, Quality, Transport, and Demand Planning teams
- Ensure supply chain parameters are maintained in the ERP system in accordance with business rules
- Define component safety stocks to enhance supply chain agility and reduce lead times
- Monitor launch performance indicators and propose corrective actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of launch supply and planning processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification (Bac+5) with specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain project management within an industrial environment
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial challenges, supplier capacity planning, and product launch management
- Recognized for rigor, organization, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills in an international environment
- Results-oriented, proactive mindset with strong risk anticipation capabilities
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Fluent English required
