In the Asia‑Pacific region Sephora operates across multiple markets with a mix of retail, digital and marketplace channels. The brand is part of the LVMH group and is recognised for its innovation, inclusivity and focus on customer experience.

Sephora Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Excellence Manager (9‑month contract) to lead regional performance management and analytics across Asia‑Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present supply chain performance updates and decision‑grade insights to S&OP, executive management and governance forums, highlighting risks, opportunities and required actions.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Finance and Commercial functions to design, test and operationalise new tools and processes; lead go‑live and stabilisation activities.

  • Lead capability building, change management, communication and adoption tracking for regional Supply Chain transformation programmes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience; 8 years preferred, with at least 1–3 years in a managerial or project lead capacity.
  • Proven background in supply chain planning, performance management or operations excellence; prior CoE or transformation experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in complex omni‑channel retail operations (e.g. retail, e‑commerce, click & collect, marketplace) is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading cross‑functional projects and delivering measurable improvements in supply chain KPIs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver, return) and associated metrics.
  • Advanced analytical capability; comfortable reviewing complex analyses and challenging business assumptions.
  • Proficiency in data management and data visualisation practices; ability to collaborate with analysts to translate data into action.
  • Structured project management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives and prioritise delivery.
