Sephora Bucharest — Supply Chain Coordinator. Full-time, hybrid role managing inventory, replenishment and logistics across Romania and neighboring markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain supply chain databases and master data to ensure accuracy of stock and transactional information.
- Drive purchase orders and store replenishment cycles to sustain optimal inventory levels across stores in Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria and Croatia.
- Plan, coordinate and follow up on all logistics activities including deliveries, transport scheduling and warehouse interactions.
- Support store operations through management of delivery calendars, coordination of store openings and remodelling projects, and handling ad hoc operational requests.
- Collaborate continuously with suppliers, store teams and the Offer/merchandising department to align supply plans and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, stock optimisation and store efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a supply chain, logistics or inventory coordination role; retail experience preferred.
- Proven operational drive with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Advanced English language skills; ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers and teams.

Experience
At least 3 years in a similar supply chain, logistics or inventory coordination position; prior experience in retail or multi-country operations is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field — or equivalent professional experience in operations/logistics.
