Sephora Collection 6-month Supply Chain Assistant internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, starting January 2027. Hybrid role managing distribution, inventory, and product launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track and validate country orders for Sephora from receipt through SAP entry, providing visibility on stock availability to territories
- Manage product inventory, monitor expiration alerts, and project stock requirements using Anaplan
- Coordinate donations to partner associations and refine related processes
- Oversee new product sample reception, distribution to markets, and centralized alert management for launch delays
- Secure and communicate launch quantities to business teams across all markets
- Maintain and update supply chain tracking tools, product catalog systems, and end-of-life management processes
- Support implementation and optimization of distribution and inventory management tools
- Propose and execute continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain specialization
- Strong analytical and communication capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with business intelligence and supply chain software (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan)
- Exceptional attention to detail and collaborative team mindset
- Prior supply chain or operations experience strongly preferred

Experience
Entry-level or beginner-level experience preferred; prior exposure to supply chain environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent university-level qualification with supply chain specialization.
