Sephora internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine: 6-month Supply Chain & Data Analyst role (January 2027) combining performance analytics, reporting, and optimization projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics across brands, including service rates, in-store availability, inventory coverage, lead times, and commercial campaign performance
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical models to identify improvement opportunities
- Share performance results and recommendations with internal teams and partner brands
- Collaborate with brands on performance monitoring and action plan implementation
- Support integration of new brands and develop dedicated operational resources
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytical tools
- Contribute to process automation and data quality initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize European supply chain operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or Business School with Supply Chain specialization preferred
- Fluent English and French (international environment required)
- Strong analytical capabilities and synthesis skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI experience is an advantage
- Data, retail, and cosmetics industry interest demonstrated
- Rigor, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity
