Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities across Sephora UK, ensuring alignment with company sustainability objectives.
  • Facilitate the cross-functional CSR monthly committee to enhance collaboration and track progress.
  • Create and maintain an initiative tracker to measure the impact of CSR activities, setting specific targets for each initiative.
  • Produce communications across the UK business, including a monthly newsletter, to engage stakeholders in sustainability initiatives.
  • Act as the point of contact for the EME sustainability community, aligning with the team as the UK Champion.
  • Represent Sephora on the British Beauty Council, advocating for sustainable practices within the beauty industry.
  • Connect with key partners, such as DHL, EVRI, packaging suppliers, charities, and recyclers, to support sustainability initiatives.
  • Deliver the retail takeback programme across all UK stores, ensuring successful implementation and tracking of results.

Skills

Strong interest in CSR, sustainability, and environmental issues. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to track progress and measure impact. Creative mindset for producing communications and engaging stakeholders across the business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Prior experience in coordinating projects or initiatives related to CSR or sustainability is a plus.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required, with a proactive approach to coordinating multiple initiatives.
