Sephora Orléans — Supply & Distribution Planning Assistant (Non‑Sellable) work‑study (alternance) role in Orléans, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support supplier replenishment to guarantee non‑sellable stock availability in central warehouses and regional hubs.
- Plan and deploy non‑sellable inventory across the European distribution network while monitoring cost, stock and lead‑time objectives.
- Execute calendarised product promotions and in‑store/online animations in coordination with commercial plans.
- Produce regular reporting and ad‑hoc analyses to inform inventory decisions and minimise excess or stockouts (Excel‑based).
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, Merchandising, Projects, Master Data and Operations to ensure alignment of supply and demand.
- Maintain master‑data accuracy for non‑sellable SKU allocations and assist in continuous improvement projects for planning processes.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management or related field (work‑study/alternance eligible).
- Strong analytical mindset with capacity for synthesis and problem solving.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic macros).
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and oral).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, dynamism and strong attention to detail.

Entry‑level — suitable for students in a work‑study (alternance) programme; prior internship experience in supply chain, logistics or planning is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent) and eligible for a 1–2 year alternance/work‑study placement.
