Sephora seeks Supply & Distribution Planner (Fixed-Term) in Saran, France. Manage logistics for 15 European countries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update article parameters, end-of-life status, and reorder points across the product catalog
- Analyze supplier order proposals and create purchase orders for 80+ suppliers
- Track inbound deliveries for compliance with timelines, quantities, and product specifications
- Manage product allocation to European countries in accordance with demand forecasts, retroplanning calendars, and inventory targets
- Coordinate distribution flows across 15 European countries and manage stock allocation based on shipping priorities and constraints
- Develop and communicate shipment volumes and logistics schedules to warehouse teams
- Monitor key performance indicators including product availability, stock budget, depreciation, and destruction rates
- Conduct stock management, end-of-life analysis, and develop replenishment schedules
- Prepare and present marketing briefs, retroplanning calendars, and supply plans
- Lead coordination meetings and manage cross-departmental communication
- Identify process optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Track performance metrics and generate reporting on departmental KPIs
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within the distribution sector
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency with expert-level Excel capabilities; SAP experience advantageous
- Fluent English and French (written and verbal)
- Excellent written and oral communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Proactive, anticipatory, and responsive professional demeanor
