Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance sales culture and ensuring operational excellence
• Serve as Client Experience Lead (CEL), overseeing client and team matters within a fast-paced environment and making critical store decisions
• Drive sales performance through targeted coaching and development, consistently exceeding KPIs and elevating team capabilities
• Utilize data-driven reporting to inform operational decisions and collaborate with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors
• Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, stock control, and visual merchandising across all store categories
• Facilitate open and constructive communication within the team, providing impactful feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with management
• Work hands-on on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and empower team members toward excellence
• Support key trading periods including late nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotating roster

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Experience managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, and training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
• Strong foundation in stock control and visual merchandising
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive team culture

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, ideally including boutique or small-format retailer management with progression into large-format premium retail environments. Demonstrated success in managing teams, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional client service in luxury retail settings.

Education

No specific formal educational qualification stated; however, practical retail management experience and proficiency with business systems are required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is AUD 33.37 per hour.
