Sephora Supervisor role in Perth, Australia: lead 20+ advisors in luxury beauty retail, manage operations, drive sales and KPIs. Full-time, $32.24/hr + super + commission.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence
  • Drive commercial performance by exceeding KPIs and consistently elevating team capabilities through targeted coaching and development
  • Serve as Client Experience Lead (CEL), overseeing client and team matters within the fast-paced store environment and making critical operational decisions
  • Utilize and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions, collaborating with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors
  • Embody Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience and serving as a role model to the team
  • Facilitate open and constructive communication within the team, providing impactful feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with management
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Work a rotating roster supporting store needs, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs with a results-oriented mindset
  • Deep passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating an experiential retail environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with hands-on floor presence
  • Experience in stock control and visual merchandising
