Role & Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 75% of time on the operational floor, inspiring and engaging associates through coaching, teaching, development, and performance feedback
• Directly supervise a team of skilled employees, including temporary agency personnel, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards
• Identify and prioritize tasks necessary to meet daily business goals and prepare the incoming shift for effective transitions
• Set and clearly communicate productivity expectations to team members and drive results through consistent accountability
• Identify process improvements and partner with leadership to resolve operational challenges and implement changes
• Administer company policies and guidelines fairly while counseling associates on performance and behavioral concerns
• Drive safety strategies, recognition, and accountability to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
• Demonstrate Sephora values including collaboration, growth mindset, and passionate, inclusive leadership

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in a high-tech distribution center operations capacity
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency with computer systems and store management software
• Resilience and ability to respond to in-the-moment situations and shifting priorities
• Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to move product, and stand/walk the floor for entire shifts

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 84,000 per annum.
