Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned department within the Distribution Center, spending ~75% of time on the operational floor
- Inspire and engage with associates through coaching, teaching, development, and performance feedback to achieve critical operational goals
- Identify and prioritize tasks necessary to meet daily business goals and facilitate smooth transitions to incoming shifts
- Set and communicate clear productivity expectations to team members and drive results through direct supervision
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and service; partner with leadership to influence change
- Administer policies and guidelines fairly while providing consistent counseling on performance and behavioral concerns
- Drive safety strategies, recognition, and accountability to ensure a secure work environment
- Demonstrate Sephora values including collaborative partnership, creative thinking, and inclusive leadership
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in high-tech distribution center operations
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, stretch, stand, and walk the floor for entire shift
- Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed
- Consistent and reliable attendance
