Sephora Supervisor role in Chermside, Queensland—lead 20+ beauty advisors, drive sales performance, and grow within LVMH's luxury retail group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence across all trading hours
- Embody Sephora's brand DNA by delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience and serving as a role model to the team
- Drive commercial performance by exceeding KPIs, implementing targeted coaching, and elevating team selling capabilities through data-driven strategies
- Serve as Client Experience Lead (CEL), overseeing client and team matters and making critical store decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, stock control, and visual merchandising in collaboration with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Utilize reporting data and Microsoft Office Suite to inform operational decisions and maintain consistent dialogue with management
- Foster a strong, positive workplace culture through continuous feedback, recognition, career development opportunities, and inclusive team practices
- Oversee back-of-house operations and maintain compliance with Sephora's operational standards across all beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, including P&L management, sales forecasting, and people management
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs with a results-oriented mindset
- Extensive experience in stock control and visual merchandising
- Hands-on leadership style with passion for sales floor engagement and team empowerment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, ideally from boutique or smaller-format retailers transitioning to large-format premium retail environments. Proven experience leading teams, managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people development, and delivering exceptional client experiences in luxury or prestige retail settings.
Education
No specific formal educational qualification mandated; however, demonstrated commercial acumen and business literacy expected.

Compensation
