Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering high-performance culture and operational excellence
- Drive commercial results by exceeding KPIs and implementing targeted coaching to elevate team capabilities
- Serve as Client Experience Lead (CEL), overseeing client and team matters while making critical store decisions in fast-paced environments
- Interpret reporting data and performance metrics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Oversee sales management, stock control, visual merchandising, and back-of-house operations across all product categories
- Facilitate open communication within the team, provide impactful feedback, and maintain consistent dialogue with management
- Manage rotating roster scheduling that supports store needs, including peak trading periods and public holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Proven expertise in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
- Strong visual merchandising and stock control capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in supervisory or assistant management roles within boutique or specialty retail formats. Direct experience leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving sales targets is essential.
Education
Secondary education minimum; retail management certification or equivalent professional development is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position is AUD 33.37 per hour.
