Sephora seeks an experienced Supervisor to lead 20+ beauty advisors at its Macquarie Centre store in Sydney, Australia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence
- Drive a results-oriented selling culture to exceed KPIs and elevate team capabilities through targeted coaching and development
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions and maintain consistent dialogue with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Serve as Client Experience Lead, overseeing client and team matters in a fast-paced environment and making critical store decisions
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Facilitate open communication, provide impactful feedback, and maintain constructive dialogue with the management team
- Work a rotating roster supporting store needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Extensive experience managing P&L, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
- Deep passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating experiential retail environments
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, positive team culture with continuous feedback and development
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, with demonstrated success in people management, sales leadership, and operational oversight in premium retail environments. Experience transitioning from boutique or smaller-format stores to large-volume retail is particularly valued. Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive team performance through strategic coaching and development.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is AUD 33.37 per hour.
