Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and KPI targets within designated store area
  • Supervise and coordinate team members to deliver optimal customer service and shopping experience
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to drive commercial success and make necessary adjustments
  • Lead team development through coaching, motivation, and training on product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Manage merchandise delivery processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor replenishment
  • Execute loss prevention procedures and maintain a safe, productive shopping and working environment
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store team members
  • Assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence to ensure proper execution of policies and directives

Qualifications

  • Thai national with minimum secondary school education
  • Advanced selling experience in beauty or fashion retail
  • Comprehensive retail and industry understanding
  • Basic MS Office proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed customer expectations
