  • Develop category strategies across assigned areas, assess supply markets to optimize supplier capabilities at national and regional levels, and build strategic sourcing roadmaps with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and optimize cross-departmental spend opportunities across the US and Canada, Sephora Global, and LVMH to reduce overall business costs, while supporting the Director of Strategic Sourcing on broader retail operations and facilities requirements.

  • At least 5 years of sourcing experience with retail store and facilities categories across goods and services, preferably within a North American retail store organization.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Operations is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience negotiating enterprise agreements typical of assigned categories, such as master services agreements and statements of work, in a timely manner.
  • Advanced analytics, Excel, PowerPoint presentation, data visualization, and sourcing tools skills, with hands-on experience using employee collaboration, procure-to-pay, e-RFX, and contract lifecycle management software.
