Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including market analysis, RFX execution, supplier negotiations, and contracting.
  • Develop and execute category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with business priorities across retail operations and facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Negotiate enterprise-level agreements, ensuring optimal commercial and legal terms.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and data to identify savings opportunities and manage risk.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives, preferably within retail operations or facilities.

Skills

Strong analytical and project management skills. Proven ability to negotiate complex enterprise agreements. Experience with sourcing technologies and financial analysis tools. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Experience

5+ years of experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, ideally within retail operations, facilities, or services-based categories.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000.00 - $148,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
