Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including market analysis, RFX execution, supplier negotiations, and contracting.
- Develop and execute category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with business priorities across retail operations and facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver measurable value.
- Negotiate enterprise-level agreements, ensuring optimal commercial and legal terms.
- Utilize sourcing tools and data to identify savings opportunities and manage risk.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives, preferably within retail operations or facilities.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000.00 - $148,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
