Sephora hiring Store Support Coordinator (hybrid) in Saran, France – Supply Chain role supporting retail network operations and logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to assigned stores via hotline, serving as the primary contact for store managers and commercial teams with periodic site visits
- Monitor and analyze stock quality through reporting and key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Manage optimal product allocation during commercial events (Christmas, Mother's Day, sales) and organize stock returns
- Coordinate regional store projects including openings, closures, and renovations, overseeing workflow tracking and implementation
- Ensure dissemination of clear and relevant communications to stores and maintain adherence to network activity schedules
- Develop and deliver training on stock management procedures to store teams and central services

- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong prioritization skills
