Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ beauty advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed sales KPIs
- Serve as Client Experience Lead (CEL), making critical operational and customer-facing decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Drive commercial performance through targeted coaching, sales forecasting, and data-informed strategies across all product categories
- Oversee stock control, visual merchandising, and back-of-house operations to maintain operational excellence
- Provide constructive feedback, foster open communication, and develop team capabilities through continuous coaching and recognition
- Collaborate with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors on strategic initiatives and performance management
- Work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays to support peak trading periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management
- Strong visual merchandising and stock control expertise
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating experiential retail environments

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, ideally with progression from assistant manager or store manager roles in smaller-format or boutique retail environments.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is AUD 33.37 per hour.
