Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales floor for one or more core product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection), ensuring visual merchandising and stock availability align with brand standards.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team, translating commercial and HR priorities into daily actions.
  • Support store management in the execution of commercial and HR strategy, including planning promotions, events, new product launches and CRM activities.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on team KPIs and daily results; motivate and coach the team to achieve commercial targets.
  • Coordinate stockroom operations, oversee replenishment cycles and maintain optimal inventory levels in line with merchandising strategy.
  • Apply and enforce company procedures and commercial policies (pricing, safety, regulatory compliance).
  • Onboard and train new hires; guide individual development plans in collaboration with managers.
  • Foster positive internal relationships and a collaborative team culture that recognises and credits individual and group achievements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years' experience in supervisory or assistant manager roles within retail, ideally in beauty or fast-paced multinational environments.
  • Proven track record in team management, coaching and driving sales performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in monitoring KPIs, budget awareness and daily reporting.
  • Demonstrated organisational capability to coordinate promotions, events and product launches.
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to perform in a dynamic retail environment.

Experience

Minimum 3–4 years in supervisory or assistant-manager roles within retail or beauty environments.

Education
