Sephora seeks a Store Specialist in Milan (Duomo) — full-time, permanent role to lead floor operations, coach the team and deliver commercial KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage designated floor area(s) covering one or more core product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
- Act as the communication bridge between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team, ensuring clear dissemination of priorities and feedback.
- Support Store Managers in executing commercial and HR strategies, including staff scheduling, performance follow-up and daily store operations.
- Monitor and analyse team KPIs and sales performance; motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver daily reporting.
- Coordinate and deliver commercial activities such as promotions, product launches, events and CRM campaigns.
- Manage stockroom operations to maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with replenishment cycles and merchandising plans.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations and commercial policies set by central teams.
- Train and onboard new hires, supporting their development and career progression through coaching and feedback.
- Foster inclusive, trust-based relationships within the team and across the wider organisation; celebrate and credit team successes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in supervisory or assistant manager roles in retail (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder).
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team, driving a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience monitoring KPIs, basic budget awareness and daily sales reporting.
- Resilient, flexible and dynamic approach to fast-paced retail environments; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in multinational or high-traffic retail settings preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory or team-lead retail roles, ideally within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
