Sephora Canada seeks a Store Services Manager in Quebec City to oversee in-store services and events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all in-store services, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Beauty Studio, Skincare Studio, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained and services are executed efficiently.
  • Leverage technological innovations to enhance customer service and in-store experiences.
  • Administer the online booking system, maintaining accurate availability for beauty advisors and in-store classes.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to support increased service demands while optimizing customer flow processes.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, ensuring they are staffed appropriately to maximize customer learning and sales opportunities.
  • Facilitate the development and certification process for beauty advisors, offering opportunities to enhance their artistic skills.
  • Participate in performance management, providing timely feedback and follow-up to team members.
  • Act as a service leader in the store, collaborating with beauty advisors and engaging with customers on the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of developing team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Proficiency in managing in-store operations and customer service processes.

Experience

2-4 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
