Sephora Canada is hiring a Store Services Manager in Kelowna to oversee beauty studios, classes and in‑store events (Sephora, Kelowna).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio (as applicable), ensuring exceptional service delivery and studio readiness.
  • Oversee the Online Reservation system: publish Beauty Advisor availability, schedule classes and optimize bookings to maximize studio utilisation.
  • Plan and execute all in‑store services, classes and events; ensure events are staffed and resourced to drive client education and sales.
  • Coach, certify and develop Beauty Advisors—manage training pathways and maintain professional standards of artistry and product knowledge.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient client check‑in processes; act as Manager on Duty regularly to support front‑line operations.
  • Participate in performance management relating to the Beauty Studio and direct reports; deliver timely feedback and corrective action when necessary.
  • Promote adoption of in‑store technology and service innovations to elevate the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years' experience in a similar role within a comparable volume retail environment or equivalent internal progression.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and develop store leaders and front‑line teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
  • Comfort working in a fragrance‑filled environment and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Two to four years of progressive experience managing services, studios or front‑of‑house operations in a comparable retail or beauty environment. Proven track record driving service revenue, leading events and developing front‑line talent.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary training in cosmetology, esthetics or a related field preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
