Sephora – Agen: Store Sales Manager (CDI, full-time, 35h) to lead a beauty axis, coach a sales team and drive commercial performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a commercial axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, or Operations) and take full responsibility for its commercial and human performance.
  • Plan and organise daily activity and staffing for the axis to deliver sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Coach, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors through product training, one-to-one coaching and performance follow-up.
  • Implement and animate growth levers from the store development plan, aligning team objectives with broader store KPIs.
  • Ensure outstanding client experience by driving product knowledge, service standards and clienteling behaviours.

Qualifications

  • Proven frontline managerial experience in a customer-service oriented retail environment (a first successful management role is mandatory).
  • Demonstrated results orientation with ability to drive collective achievement of sales objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the capacity to motivate diverse teams.
  • Agile, solution-focused mindset, able to respond rapidly and propose improvements in a fast-moving retail context.

Experience
