Sephora Store Planning Coordinator (France, Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium) in Saran, France. Permanent full-time supply chain support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide reactive and efficient daily support to store managers via dedicated hotline and periodic in-store visits
- Serve as the primary contact point for commercial managers regarding store needs and operational questions
- Monitor and analyse stock quality metrics; implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure adherence to network activity scheduling and planning across assigned regions
- Coordinate optimal product allocation during commercial events (Christmas, Mother's Day, sales periods, etc.)
- Organize and manage stock returns processes
- Coordinate store openings, closures, and renovation projects within assigned region (data entry, shipment tracking, timeline management)
- Ensure staff training and procedural compliance across central services and store locations
- Update and maintain operational procedures documentation
- Communicate clearly and pertinently with retail locations regarding operational directives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in supply chain operations or retail logistics
- Proven expertise in inventory management and stock quality monitoring
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to listen and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with office software suites and information management systems
- Prior experience managing cross-functional retail network coordination
