Sephora is hiring an Operations Associate (Part-Time) in Fort Myers, FL. $18–$20.50/hr for retail operations and visual merchandising support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and execute daily store operations to maintain efficiency and uphold operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and product placement across the sales floor
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure promotional setups and store displays reflect Sephora's brand standards
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving performance targets
