Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead operational efficiency of the store location and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standards
  • Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, cycle counting, and adherence to company guidelines and timeframes
  • Oversee visual merchandising concepts and in-store displays while maintaining company standards
  • Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as necessary
  • Manage supply budgeting and inventory of supplies, testers, and samples for the store
  • Participate in performance management and development of the operations team, ensuring timely constructive feedback
  • Act as Manager on Duty regularly, engaging with beauty advisors and clients on the sales floor
  • Develop and execute budget strategies while monitoring store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
  • Support and develop a team of Operations Leads and Consultants on the operations career track
  • Work collaboratively with Client Experience and Beauty Services Managers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in an operations-based role or equivalent internal experience
  • Proven track record of motivating and coaching teams to achieve company expectations and goals
  • Strong ability to create high-performing teams and identify in-store talent for development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated managerial courage to conduct difficult conversations with composure
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
