Sephora seeks a Store Operations Manager in Doha, Qatar. Join a leading beauty retailer and manage store operations, drive sales, and lead a dynamic team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience, embodying the Sephora Attitude.
  • Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with Sephora standards and procedures.
  • Drive sales and operational KPIs, creating strategic plans to enhance performance.
  • Oversee inventory and stock management, coordinating with supply chain teams.
  • Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with Sephora's guidelines.
  • Facilitate team training and development, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both clients and employees.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director to develop and implement business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in team and people management.

Skills

Advanced English proficiency; Arabic is a plus. Intermediate product knowledge in beauty and cosmetics. Advanced knowledge in health and safety procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and cash management principles. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in team management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree.
