Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain sales readiness.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event activations.
- Support the client experience by helping the sales team achieve service and sales objectives through timely operational execution.
- Maintain operational standards and follow company policies to promote a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and demonstrate punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management and attention to detail.
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a team and in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly to support client service.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain periods of standing and movement throughout a shift.
