Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct final interviews and recruit key positions using the applicant tracking system
  • Develop and execute the store's ongoing training and onboarding strategy in conjunction with the Store Director and Education partners
  • Oversee weekly schedule creation, approve time-off requests, and manage the store's payroll process in compliance with company and regional guidelines
  • Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports; manage performance situations and provide timely feedback across the store
  • Oversee all store operations and ensure processes are executed to company standards, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counts
  • Monitor store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and all controllable expenses to drive operational excellence
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams by identifying talent and developing employees throughout their career journey

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service
  • Proven experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-performing teams and develop in-store talent
  • Composure and managerial courage to address challenging conversations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence business partners at all levels
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel

Experience

Compensation
