Sephora Canada seeks Store Operations and Talent Manager (6-month interim contract) in Belleville, ON. Lead operations, talent management, and drive beauty retail excellence. CAD $54,800–$68,500 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct final interviews for key store positions and utilize the applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates
- Manage all training-related functions within the store, developing and executing the on-going training strategy in conjunction with the Store Director
- Create weekly staff schedules, approve time-off requests, and manage payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports; oversee performance management processes for the entire store
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, returns, tester and supply control, and cycle counts
- Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses to drive operational excellence
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service
- Proven experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to create high-performing teams and identify and develop in-store talent
- Strong managerial composure and ability to conduct difficult conversations with confidence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel

Experience
2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, staffing, team development, and multi-unit operational oversight.
