Sephora Store Manager position in Zürich, Switzerland - Lead a flagship beauty retail location at 100% capacity starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and coach the store team, conducting career and performance appraisals
- Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Sephora Attitude and DNA across all interactions
- Assume full accountability for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year growth
- Analyze retail metrics and implement targeted sales activities to drive continuous store performance improvement
- Ensure immaculate visual merchandising standards with timely execution of promotional updates and animations
- Maintain exceptional Sephora customer service standards and foster customer-centric team focus
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including accurate cash register reconciliation
- Manage complete goods operations including receipt, storage, write-offs, returns, and tester inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty sector
- Proven management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers and develop employees
- Analytical and commercial working methodology
- Strong hands-on presence and floor engagement mentality
- Basic proficiency in SAP and Excel (advantageous)
- Fluent in English and native proficiency in the country's language
