Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and coach the store team, conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Act as a role model embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmitting the Sephora DNA.
- Assume full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year growth.
- Analyze retail figures to devise sales activities that enhance store performance.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards and timely implementation of updates and animations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a team focus on customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register management.
- Manage goods from receipt to storage, including write-offs, returns, and tester management.
Qualifications
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
