Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations to deliver an elevated, seamless client experience in a high-volume environment.
- Drive sales, profitability and execution of business plans to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent while building an inclusive, customer-centric team culture.
- Coach and develop associates through regular feedback, performance appraisals and career development plans.
- Optimize inventory, merchandising and staffing to maximize productivity and minimize shrink.
- Maintain visual standards and an immaculate store environment consistent with brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and loss-prevention practices.

- Plan and manage scheduling, labor deployment and resource allocation including evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Proven success managing a high-volume retail or hospitality operation with measurable sales and team-performance outcomes.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing client experience and business growth.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for entire shifts, and work in a fragrance-filled environment; must be able to handle and apply products to clients (with or without accommodation).

Education
