Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily store operations to deliver an elevated, seamless client experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Drive sales, profitability and execution of business plans to meet or exceed performance targets.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for entire shifts, and work in a fragrance-filled environment; must be able to handle and apply products to clients (with or without accommodation).
