Sephora is hiring a Store Manager in Whitehall, PA (Lehigh Valley Mall) — salaried full-time role with a base of $78,200–$95,750 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations to deliver a premium, seamless client experience while achieving sales and profitability targets in a high-volume environment.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse, high-performing talent; build an inclusive team that embodies the brand’s service standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates and leaders through performance appraisals, real-time feedback and targeted learning opportunities.
- Drive sales and client engagement through personalized service, loyalty program activation and relationship-building initiatives.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, policy compliance and loss-prevention procedures.
- Optimize inventory, staffing and scheduling to meet demand and maximize margin; adapt quickly to shifting business priorities.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to protect brand reputation and sustain long-term loyalty.
- Manage P&L levers and store KPIs, translating corporate objectives into actionable plans for the store team.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a store manager or senior retail leader in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction, drive store results and cultivate a strong store culture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing conflict and aligning multi-level stakeholders.
- Passion for coaching and developing others, with a track record of improving team performance and engagement.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for full shifts, handle and apply products to clients).
