Sephora Store Manager role in Valladolid, Spain. Lead a beauty retail team with full P&L responsibility in a temporary full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team whilst driving individual development and growth
- Manage store operations and oversee all KPIs and sales indicators to achieve targeted results
- Develop and implement action plans that directly impact revenue performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure operational excellence and maintain high standards of customer service both in-store and online
- Drive team engagement and foster a culture of empowerment and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of team management experience
- Proven ability to manage KPIs and sales metrics with demonstrated results orientation
- Background in retail or cosmetics sector
- High level of English and/or additional language proficiency (desirable)
