Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while driving sales, margin and profitability in a high-volume boutique environment.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent; cultivate an inclusive team culture that embodies Sephora’s service standards and brand values.
  • Coach, mentor and develop associates and leaders through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and tailored learning plans to maximise engagement and capability.
