Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while driving sales, margin and profitability in a high-volume boutique environment.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent; cultivate an inclusive team culture that embodies Sephora’s service standards and brand values.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates and leaders through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and tailored learning plans to maximise engagement and capability.
- Manage inventory, merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a compelling, compliant and immaculate store environment.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy; actively drive client engagement through loyalty programs and personalised experiences.

Qualifications
