Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development, coaching and appraisal of assistant managers and store employees; participate in recruitment, induction and ongoing training.
- Drive commercial performance by supporting the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, analysing retail KPIs (IPT, AVB, conversion rate, market share) and implementing sales activities.
- Maintain exceptional client experience standards: evaluate customer feedback, implement improvements and ensure teams consistently deliver Sephora service.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising and store presentation, including timely implementation of updates, animations and stock availability.
- Oversee operational routines: assist with staff scheduling, inventories, goods management (receipt, storage, write‑offs, returns, tester control), cash procedures and store opening/closing.
- Monitor store profitability and support reporting to area and head‑office interfaces; ensure compliance with Sephora audit rules and escalate maintenance/merchandise issues.
- Participate in retail projects with Area Managers and foster positive relationships with brand partners.
Qualifications
- Completed studies or vocational training, ideally with a retail focus.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail (minimum 3 years preferred), ideally within the beauty sector.
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities with a strong people‑development orientation.
- Commercial and analytical mindset with experience monitoring and improving retail KPIs.
- Hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach with strong presence on the sales floor and excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Good knowledge of English and German at native or near‑native level.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience as a Store or Assistant Manager, preferably in beauty retail. Demonstrable track record of leading teams, meeting sales targets and managing store operations and inventory.
Education
Completed studies or completed vocational training; retail-related qualifications preferred.
