Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience in a high-volume environment.
- Set strategic direction for the store, driving sales, profitability and execution of business plans to meet targets.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top talent, building an inclusive team that models Sephora’s values and service standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through performance appraisals, real-time feedback and targeted learning plans.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness and adherence to policies, procedures and brand guidelines.
- Resolve client concerns with diplomacy and speed, driving loyalty program engagement and personalized experiences.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to respond to business priorities, promotional cycles and peak traffic periods.
Qualifications
- Proven success leading a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality location with responsibility for sales and team performance.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, inspire and develop diverse teams and to deliver measurable results against KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict management and stakeholder alignment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail hours.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, including standing for full shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds and handling/applying beauty products in a fragrance-filled environment.

Demonstrated track record of managing store operations and teams in high-volume retail or hospitality settings, with experience setting strategic direction, executing business plans and achieving ambitious sales and profitability targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or hospitality preferred.
