Sephora Montreal Premium seeks a Store Manager for Talent & Operations. CAD $54,800–$68,500 + bonuses. Full-time role managing team development and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of team development, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance evaluation of store staff
- Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with Sephora's operational standards and processes, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and stock verification
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies in collaboration with the store director and education partners to develop beauty advisors
- Lead team performance management, provide timely feedback, and conduct annual evaluations to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor store financials including revenue, staffing, and payroll to maintain operational efficiency and cost control
- Build and nurture talented store management teams capable of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar store management or talent management role in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven ability to attract, assess, and develop strong retail management talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Strong understanding of retail metrics including revenue, labor, and expense management
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating an empowering workplace culture

Experience
2–4 years of progressive experience in store management, talent management, or equivalent internal retail leadership role in a high-volume sales environment.
Education
Secondary education required; higher education or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
