Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the store's financial performance meets budget and targets.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Manage the store's profit and loss statement and optimize cost categories.
  • Analyze and drive key performance indicators related to customer behavior.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and implement merchandising strategies.
  • Enforce company procedures and commercial policies.
  • Lead and manage Sephora Specialists and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR to design career development programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within multinational retail environments.

Skills

Proficiency in budget management and KPI analysis. Agility and problem-solving capabilities. Strong results orientation. Ability to manage a complex and sizable team. Strategic vision and ability to translate strategies into action.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic, multinational retail environment.
