Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the store's financial performance meets budget and targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Manage the store's profit and loss statement and optimize cost categories.
- Analyze and drive key performance indicators related to customer behavior.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and implement merchandising strategies.
- Enforce company procedures and commercial policies.
- Lead and manage Sephora Specialists and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR to design career development programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within multinational retail environments.
