Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily store operations to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales and profitability targets in a high-volume shopping environment.
  • Lead, coach and develop a diverse team through recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, real-time feedback and ongoing mentorship.
  • Drive talent acquisition and retention by cultivating an inclusive culture and building a high-performing roster of sales associates and leaders.

Qualifications

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,200 to USD 110,550 per annum.
