Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales and profitability targets in a high-volume shopping environment.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse team through recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, real-time feedback and ongoing mentorship.
- Drive talent acquisition and retention by cultivating an inclusive culture and building a high-performing roster of sales associates and leaders.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining brand visual standards, store presentation, compliance with policies and loss-prevention protocols.
- Optimize inventory, staffing and scheduling resources to maximize sales opportunities while controlling costs and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Resolve client concerns skillfully, promote loyalty programs and create personalized experiences that increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Execute business plans and local merchandising initiatives to support promotional cadence and local market demand.
Qualifications
- Proven success managing a high-volume retail or hospitality store with responsibility for sales, people and operational results.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in recruiting, developing and inspiring teams to exceed performance objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels, manage conflict and liaise with senior leadership.
- Commitment to coaching and talent development, including conducting performance reviews and delivering actionable feedback.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds and handling/applying product to clients.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments with proven ability to set strategic direction, drive store results and execute business plans.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, marketing or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,200 to USD 110,550 per annum.
