Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations and customer service to ensure a high standard of excellence.
  • Develop and mentor store staff to enhance team performance and individual growth.
  • Implement and promote store campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to Sephora's policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate and embody Sephora's mission, values, and culture within the store environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Desirable proficiency in a foreign language.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus. Critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and staff. Commitment to consistent and reliable service.

Experience

Previous experience in retail is required, with a preference for experience in the beauty industry.
