Sephora seeks a Store Manager for its San Juan, Puerto Rico location to lead retail operations, inspire teams, and elevate the client experience in a high-volume beauty retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume environment
- Inspire, coach, and empower a diverse team, fostering growth, accountability, and exceeding performance goals
- Attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent, building an inclusive team that embodies Sephora's values
- Conduct impactful performance appraisals and provide real-time, actionable feedback and mentorship to support team member career development and engagement

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments
- Proven ability to set strategic direction, champion store culture, and execute business plans to achieve ambitious targets
- Strong ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and manage complex discussions
- Passion for empowering teams through mentorship, coaching, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability
- Client-centric approach with experience creating personalized, memorable experiences for lasting loyalty
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk the sales floor for entire shifts, and work in a fragrance-filled environment

Demonstrated success in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality management environments with a track record of setting strategic direction, championing store culture, and driving overall store results through executed business plans.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or retail management certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to USD 105,300 per annum.
