Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to deliver an elevated client experience and drive sales and profitability in a high-volume environment.
• Lead, coach, inspire, and empower a diverse team, fostering growth, accountability, and achievement of performance goals.
• Attract, recruit, and onboard talent to build an inclusive team that reflects Sephora’s values and delivers its signature service.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide actionable real-time feedback and mentorship.
• Promote continuous learning through coaching, open dialogue, and resources that help associates and leaders reach their potential.
• Deliver outstanding service, resolve client concerns, and drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized experiences.
• Maintain a visually inspiring, immaculate store and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources, adapting to changing priorities and opportunities.
• Set strategic direction, champion store culture, drive overall store results, and execute business plans to achieve targets.
• Build trust, clarity, and enthusiasm across teams and with senior leadership; manage conflict, facilitate complex discussions, and ensure alignment.
• Create personalized, memorable client experiences that foster loyalty and satisfaction while balancing operations with business growth.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend and stretch to stock shelves; stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift; work in a fragrance-filled environment; and handle and apply products to clients, with or without accommodation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a Store Manager in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to set strategic direction, champion store culture, drive store results, and execute business plans to achieve ambitious targets.
• Strong ability to recruit, inspire, and develop talent and foster an energetic, collaborative atmosphere.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and alignment, manage conflict, and facilitate complex discussions.
• Passion for developing others through mentorship, real-time coaching, feedback, and a culture of learning and accountability.
• Experience creating personalized client experiences that build loyalty and satisfaction while balancing operations with business growth.
• Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, with or without accommodation.

Skills

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 78,200 to USD 95,750 per annum.
