Sephora Store Manager – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Lead a prestige beauty boutique with full P&L responsibility and team oversight.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create an addictive client experience aligned with Sephora DNA and Attitude, ensuring sales targets are met
- Lead and mentor store team in client assistance, product education, and beauty demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs and skin types
- Execute sales strategy using Sephora Attitude and selling techniques to maximize client basket value and achieve store commercial KPIs
- Oversee operational procedures including merchandising, product display, pricing, animations, cash desk management, stock room organization, and beauty hub tools according to Sephora standards
- Maintain exceptional store image through rigorous cleanliness, product restocking, and adherence to Sephora grooming guidelines
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior as a role model for the team across all departments
- Drive service target achievement across all store departments including cash operations and alternative retail axes
- Implement audit findings and continuous improvements to enhance store performance

Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful sales and service delivery in a retail store environment
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience
