Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance, including budget and target attainment.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as promotions, events, and new product launches.
  • Manage the store's profit and loss statement, addressing inventory discrepancies and optimizing cost categories.
  • Analyze and drive key performance indicators related to customer behavior, including store traffic and average transaction value.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central departments.
  • Lead and manage Sephora Specialists, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design internal career development programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
  • Proficiency in key commerce KPIs and budget management.
  • Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team.
  • Strategic vision with the ability to translate future possibilities into breakthrough strategies.

Experience
